Have you ever worked for a start-up and stayed up all night coding your heart out because you were promised equity?  You are a Thunder Geek.  Have you spent hours of doing coding and time  and space complexity problems for an upcoming FAANG interview?  You are a Thunder Geek.   Have you ever said "It works on my machine."  You are definitely a Thunder Geek.   If you are learning a new programming language, JavaScript library or framework every few months, then you are a Thunder Geek!  

Thunder Geek was born from the idea that there is a community of developers that fully understand the joys and pains of building software.  There are ideas (sometimes funny) that only developers and engineers will understand and we are proud of that! We sometimes view ourselves as heroes as we track down that elusive bug that has been crashing production...or maybe the villain if you created it (we won't tell anyone but source control probably will).  Be proud of the problems you solve and the things you build.  You, my friend, are a Thunder Geek!
